Our surveys are anonymous which gives our employees the ability to answer freely. We want to ensure the wellbeing of our team comes first. By continually trying to improve these results we remain an evolving company with high staff retention. Following the results of the 2022 survey we are now focused on working on the areas that need improvement and look forward to smashing these results in 2023!
